February 2018 Monthly Meeting

February 27, 2018 - Speakers:  Brooks Lodden P.C., "Understanding The Tax Law & Its Impact on Gift Planning"

The tax laws have changed and this will have an effect on charitable gift planning. The team from Brooks Lodden P.C. will help begin to shed some light on what the changes mean, ways it could impact gift planning and strategies to help donors accomplish their charitable goals. 

No need to RSVP.  If you are able to make please plan to join us.  We will check you in at the door!

Networking and Coffee - 8:00 – 8:30 am
As a member/guest you are welcome to stop in the cafeteria and grab a beverage and breakfast snack prior to coming into the room.  At checkout simply let the cashier know you are with the MIPGC.

Education Program - 8:30 – 9:30 am
Regular monthly meetings of the MIPGC are held at Iowa Lutheran Hospital (corner of East University and Penn Avenue in Des Moines) on level B in the back of the cafeteria.

Members are encouraged to bring a guest or guests that would make a valuable addition to the group.  There will be no charge for potential members to attend up to two meetings per year.

We ask that you wear your respective work name badge to the meeting.  This allows other members and guests to immediately associate you with your organization!  If you do not have a name badge and RSVP for the meeting, we will have a generic nametag waiting for you,
